Angus Scott-Young

Hardened by years in Australian rugby's competitive back-row stocks, Angus Scott-Young has become a dependable enforcer for the NSW Waratahs. Born on 23 April 1997, the flanker first made his name with the Queensland Reds and earned recognition at Australian Under-20s level before establishing himself as a Super Rugby regular. His game is built on a relentless work rate at the breakdown and a strong defensive presence, the qualities of a forward who values substance over spectacle. Scott-Young consistently competes for possession, leads the defensive effort and provides the abrasive edge every successful pack requires.
