Biography
Born 25 November 1996, Callum Chick is an English back-rower who built his career at Newcastle Falcons before moving south to join Northampton Saints. A product of the English age-grade system, he featured prominently for England U20s during their successful World Rugby U20 Championship campaign in 2016. Chick grew into a senior leadership role at Newcastle, captaining the club and becoming a reliable workhorse on both sides of the ball as an abrasive defender and dependable lineout option. At Northampton Saints he adds depth, physicality and Premiership experience to a back-row rotation that helps anchor the Franklin's Gardens pack. Chick's game is built on consistency rather than flash, the type of forward coaches lean on for the unseen work that wins matches.
