Biography
A late bloomer at Test level, Elliot Millar-Mills earned his first Scotland cap in the 2024 Six Nations against Wales, a reward for years of consistent front-row work in England. Born on 8 July 1992 and qualifying for Scotland through his family, the tighthead prop is valued for his scrummaging strength, durability and surprising mobility around the field. He was part of the Northampton Saints squad that won the Premiership title in 2024 before continuing to feature for both club and country. Solid at the set-piece and industrious in the loose, Millar-Mills provides the kind of dependable, physical presence that underpins a forward pack. His scrummaging gives Scotland a reliable platform, while his work rate ensures he contributes in defence and at the breakdown beyond his set-piece duties. Having come to international rugby relatively late, he brings maturity and experience to the engine room, making him a useful and uncomplaining option for the national side.
