Emosi Tuqiri

Born in Fiji on 28 December 2000, Emosi Tuqiri is a 25-year-old flanker who plays his Super Rugby Pacific rugby with the Fijian Drua. Tuqiri's emergence has come with the Drua, the franchise that entered Super Rugby Pacific in 2022 and which has provided a high-level professional pathway for forwards developed inside the Fijian system. His game profiles as that of a mobile back rower: covering ground in defence, contesting the breakdown and carrying with intent in the open channels where Fijian back-row forwards have long made their reputation.
