Eric O'Sullivan is an Irish loosehead prop who has been a mainstay of the Ulster Rugby front row since his breakthrough into the senior side. Born on 30 November 1995, he emerged through the province's pathway and established himself in the scrum picture with a combination of technical set-piece work and high work rate in the loose. O'Sullivan's game is built on reliability at the set piece. He is a disciplined scrummager with a stable base, able to hold his body position under load and give his hookers a consistent platform to throw and strike from.
