George Nott

George Nott is a physical and dynamic flanker, known for his robust defence, strong carrying, and effective lineout work. Having previously represented Wales at U20 level and played for the Scarlets, he joined Cardiff Rugby in 2023, where he adds significant breakdown capability and work-rate to the back row.
