Giga Tutisani

Giga Tutisani is a young forward on the books of ASM Clermont Auvergne in the French Top 14, born on 3 February 2004. Still in the early years of his senior career, Tutisani has been developed through Clermont's pathway and is competing for involvement within one of France's traditionally strong forward packs. A flanker by listed position, Tutisani brings the typical strengths of a young loose forward looking to make an impression — high effort across the field, aggression at the breakdown and a willingness to compete physically at every opportunity. He looks to win the collision in defence and works hard off the ball in attack to provide support running and timely ruck arrival. Clermont have a long tradition of producing and developing forwards capable of handling the unique physical demands of the Top 14, and Tutisani fits the profile of player they tend to build through their academy and senior squad ranks. With several seasons of development ahead, he represents part of the club's longer-term planning in the back row.
