Jay-Cee Nel

Born on 7 January 1999, Jay-Cee Nel is a Namibian centre plying his trade in South African rugby with the Bulls. A representative of the Welwitschias on the international stage, Nel has carried his nation's colours while developing his game in one of Super Rugby's most demanding environments.
