Joe Hopes

A promising young flanker, Joe Hopes is a physical and industrious presence in the Ulster back row. Since his debut in 2023 after progressing through the academy, his work rate at the breakdown and defensive grit have quickly become valuable assets. He is viewed as a developing talent who adds depth and fierce competition to the provincial squad.
