Nils Punti

Among the youngest forwards on Montpellier Herault Rugby's books, Nils Punti is a back-row prospect making his way through the French system. Born in France on 8 December 2006, the flanker is marked out by a high work rate and a genuine appetite for the breakdown contest, traits that suit the demands placed on the contemporary loose forward. Punti looks to make his presence felt in defence and over the ball while building the physical conditioning needed to compete in the unforgiving Top 14. As a young player within an established Montpellier pack, he benefits from experienced professionals around him and a clear standard to aspire to as he develops. His mobility and energy lend themselves to a flanker's modern brief of contributing across the field in both attack and defence.
