Patrick Schickerling

Patrick Schickerling is a powerful tighthead prop born on 16 October 1998, who joined Glasgow Warriors in 2024 after developing his game at the Exeter Chiefs. South African-born and educated in England through the Chiefs' academy system, he has become a useful addition to a Warriors front row competing at the top of the United Rugby Championship. Schickerling's strengths centre on robust scrummaging and a high work rate around the pitch. He combines the technical foundations drilled into him at Exeter with the physicality required at international club level, offering Glasgow a dependable option in their match-day squads.
