Rhodri Williams is a livewire scrum-half known for his sharp passing, sniping breaks, and quick-tap penalties that accelerate the Dragons' attacking tempo. A former Scarlets and Bristol player, he earned his Wales caps in 2013-2014 and now serves as a senior playmaker and key link between the forwards and backs at Rodney Parade.
