Sam Lousi

Sam Lousi is a powerful and physical Tongan international who joined the Scarlets in 2022, bringing significant Super Rugby experience from his time with the Hurricanes. Primarily a lock who now also covers the blindside flanker role, he is a relentless ball-carrier and a disruptive presence in defence. His hard-nosed style and work rate make him a key figure in the Scarlets' forward pack, providing crucial go-forward ball and defensive steel.
