Biography

Sef Fa'agase is an experienced loosehead prop whose Super Rugby career has taken him through the Queensland Reds, Crusaders and Western Force. Born on 5 March 1991, the Samoan-heritage front-rower built his reputation as a powerful scrummager with the mobility to make an impact around the park. At his best he brings set-piece stability, strong carries in tight channels and the kind of hard-yard work that props are measured by. His journey across multiple franchises has given him exposure to a range of coaching philosophies, adding craft and composure to his raw physicality. Now a senior figure within his forward pack, Fa'agase provides leadership to younger props and remains a reliable option for coaches seeking reinforcement in the front row, whether from the starting side or as an impact option off the bench.
