Biography
A United States international, Titi Lamositele has been a mainstay of the Eagles' scrum for more than a decade. Born on 11 February 1995, he made his Test debut as a teenager and has since passed the milestone of 50 caps, appearing at both the 2015 and 2019 Rugby World Cups. A dense and physically imposing tighthead prop, Lamositele spent formative seasons in the English Premiership with Saracens, where he was part of a forward pack that dominated domestic and European competition, before taking his game to France. His scrummaging is his calling card: a low, powerful technique that allows him to compete with the largest front-rowers in Europe. He complements that set-piece reliability with a strong ball-carrying presence in the tight channels and a willingness to put himself through the defensive collision work that modern props are increasingly asked to shoulder. For the United States Eagles he has long been considered a cornerstone of the pack, providing both stability at scrum time and hard-won experience of professional rugby in Europe's two leading leagues. His career arc mirrors the growing pathway for American players into the top tier of the global club game.
