Tom Florence

A product of the Ospreys academy, Tom Florence is a Welsh outside back who has progressed through the region's pathway as a centre and wing. Born on 19 March 2003, he announced himself with a memorable brace on his first regional start against the Dragons, underlining the finishing instinct that has marked his rise. Florence represented Wales at Under-20 level across the 2021, 2022 and 2023 campaigns, gaining age-grade experience against the leading developing sides in Europe.
